Ang sampung pelikula na ipalalabas sa “Centennial Anniversary of the Philippine Cinema – Cinema as a response to the nation,” section ng filmfest ay ang “A Portrait of the Artist as Filipino” (1965, Lamberto V. Avellana), “Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon” (1976, Eddie Romero), “Tatlong Taong Walang Diyos (1976, Mario O’Hara), “Ang Panday” (1980, Fernando Poe Jr.), “Cain at Abel” (1982, Lino Brocka), “Himala” (1982, Ishmael Bernal), “Moral” (1982, Marilou Diaz-Abaya), “Bayaning Third World” (2000, Mike De Leon), “Dekada ‘70” (2002, Chito Roño) at “Ang Damgo ni Eleuteria” (2010, Remton Siega Zuasola).
