Kaso ni Debbie laban kay Barbie Imperial hindi pa tapos
Hindi pa umano tapos ang kaso na isinampa ni Vivamax star Debbie Garcia laban kay Barbie Imperial.
Sinabi ito ng abogado ni Barbie bilang sagot sa ibinalita ni Oggie Diaz sa vlog nito na nadismis na ang kaso laban kay Barbie dahil sa kakulangan ng ebidensya.
Ang kaso ay may kinalaman sa pagkakasakitan ng dalawang star sa isang bar noong nakaraang taon. Kumalat pa ang mga video ng naturang pag-aaway.
Sa ipinadalang statement ng legal counsel ni Debbie na si Atty. Catherine Amen, wala pa silang natatanggap na kopya ng resolusyon na gaya ng ipinakita sa vlog ni Ogie
“Please know that we have yet to receive a copy of the Resolution. So, we do not know the veracity of the resolution cited in the said vlog. The last time we checked, we were informed by the staff of the investigating prosecutor that the case was still under review.
Sa pagkakaalam umano nila ay malakas ang kanilang kaso laban kay Barbie.
“We know we have a strong case against Ms. Imperial based on the testimonial and object evidence we submitted to the investigating prosecutor. We have third persons who willingly testified as to the truth of the incident, we also have 2 CCTV footages covering two separate instances of Ms. Imperial’s infractions. We also submitted one video interview, which we believe substantiated all the allegations in the complaints. With these and more, we are confident that my client will get the justice she deserves.”
Kung sakali umanong nadismis ito gaya ng ibinalita ni Ogie ay magsasampa sila ng ‘pleading’ sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Quezon City.
